OSSIA Belgium is a small IT consultancy company with 3 managers aiming to manage about 50
consultants in the next 3 years. Created in January 2018, OSSIA Belgium depends of OSSIA Conseil
(Paris) leading about 100 consultants.
We are looking for a recruiter based in Avenue Louise (Brussels) managing the sourcing and the recruitment in collaboration with the business managers.
Your tasks would be the following:
- Refine profile and publish the targeted consultant profiles
- Analyse profiles CV from job board or spontaneous candidatures
- Contact attractive profiles via multi-channels (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc)
- Perform the 1st interview with candidates
- Plan the 2nd round of interview with managers
- Support the consultant promotion and their contract management
- Support business managers in their day2day tasks.
Owner of a Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or secretary
2-5 years of professional experience in consultancy or recruitment
Fluent in English, French and Dutch (B2 level minimum in each language)
At ease with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Affinity with IT environment and profiles
Dynamic, proactive, at ease in communication (by phone and by email)
